2015: The View From the Co-op

Hello world! Welcome to our new Southwest Farm Fresh Cooperative website.  DML Web Services in Cortez has been working hard getting this beautiful site designed for us, and we look forward to presenting the face of our organization here.

The 2015 season is advancing upon us!  The sun is warming the rich soil of our farms, and seedlings are already heeding its call.  This year promises to be an exciting sales and production year, with new refrigeration equipment, new planning tools, and a focused vision for SWFF.  We have resources at our command that few year-old organizations dream of, and that will translate to a high-value service for our customers and member farms.

In 2014 our business saw a 100% growth in sales over the previous year, and we intend to continue that growth trend!  And speaking of trends, locally sourced meats and vegetables continue occupy the culinary spotlight.  The National Restaurant Association polled 1300 chefs who identified these as the top two hot food trends for 2015.  Check out the results here.

SWFF is looking at an exciting year, and we look forward to providing you a service to enable you to easily lock into these culinary trends.  Our 20 member farms provide an able farm to table experience – grow with us!
